Activewear Manufacturing FAQ
Practical answers for brands sourcing custom activewear, private-label collections and OEM/ODM production.
What products can ORIA develop?
We develop sports bras, crop tops, tanks, training shirts, leggings, shorts, flared and wide-leg pants, coordinated sets, tennis and padel wear, jumpsuits and bodysuits.
Do you offer OEM, ODM and private label service?
Yes. Projects can start from your tech pack, reference sample, sketches or selected catalog styles. Customization may include fabric, color, fit, logo, labels, hangtags and packaging.
What is the MOQ?
MOQ depends on the fabric, construction, color count, size breakdown and branding method. Send the style and expected quantity for a project-specific confirmation.
Can I order samples before bulk production?
Yes. Sample type, cost and schedule are confirmed after reviewing the design and material requirements. Bulk production begins after the approved sample and specifications are confirmed.
What is the sampling and bulk lead time?
Timing varies with material availability, complexity, revisions and order volume. We provide an estimated schedule with the quotation and update it as specifications are approved.
Can you customize fabric and color?
Yes. We can evaluate nylon-spandex, polyester blends, seamless structures and performance finishes based on stretch, recovery, compression, coverage and hand-feel requirements. Custom color feasibility depends on fabric and quantity.
How is quality controlled?
Quality checkpoints may cover material confirmation, measurements, workmanship, color and appearance, branding placement, packaging and final shipment preparation. The inspection plan is aligned with the approved specification.
